Returns / Cancellation Policy
You may return any of the metal toys sold by Fiona's Metal Toys within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling cost or for an exchange metal toy. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost.
In addition, we'll only issue partial refunds for the return of any of the metal toys sold by Fiona's Metal Toys, including:
 | Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. |
| Any item that show any signs of use or has been played with.
| Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging,
or has missing parts. | |
Damages, Missing Parts or Replacement Parts
If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately and we will promptly assist you. We'll also refund you the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
