Shipping Destinations
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Please note that duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do also do personal deliveries to your door in the Gauteng Area.
Shipping Cost
Shipping Cost can only be determined on receipt of your order. It might happen,
due to volumetric restrictions, that we have to separate your order in multiple
parcels. Shipping Cost will be advised with a pro-forma invoice. Please also note that the shipping cost for all items are weight-based with
specific volumetric restrictions. All weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram to
reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use. The weight of any item can be found on the

Delivery Time
When you place an order with Fiona's Metal Toys, a pro-forma invoice, including
shipping cost, will be email to the email address supplied. Upon receipt and
clearance of payment by our bankers, shipping will be actioned between two to four working days.
Cancellation of Orders
Any order will be cancelled if we have not received proof of payment within 4
working days from the date of our pro-forma invoice.
Shipping costs for orders from Fiona's Metal Toys depend upon the methods and options you choose.
Value Added Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable, will be calculated an added to all orders bound for local delivery. Export orders bound for foreign countries will be exempt form VAT.
